This opening presents an excellent opportunity to for a successful senior Sales and marketing individual looking to progress their career to work directly to Founder & CEO and make contribution.

Joining as the Vice President or  Director or Business Development Manager level you will nurture new and existing clients, guiding them through the sales process. On a day-to-day basis expect to gather business intelligence, develop your sales strategy, attend network events & trade shows, identify and develop sales opportunities, attend client meetings, deliver effective sales presentations, create sales briefs for quotation and anything else necessary to grow revenue and increase market share.

  • Identify ideas & develop value story/ business cases to get initial buy-in from Clients on co-marketing initiatives

  • Meet and exceed your personal quota through various tactics: in-person training, webinars, email campaigns, vendor summits

  • Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders such Sales, Services and Marketing to deliver on not only the best interest of the client, but obtain internal pipeline goals and client content goals

  • Maintain a critical focus on delivering results through monitoring campaign activities and regularly sharing out performance; deliver on optimizations based on reporting

  • Have strong skill for networking and prospecting to gain access to the right stakeholders and decision makers on co-marketing programs inside organizations

  • Attend trade-shows or expos to network and be a representative of



  • Full Stacks & Experiences SE in all areas
  • Business Development and Marketing Experiences in Software Services and IT Staff Augmentation Business Industry

  • Five years proven track record in business development, IT sales, ideally within tech market

  • Excellent Communication and organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and any sales and marketing software tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn

  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements

  • An ability to thrive and priorities in fast pace environment

  • Customer experience focus and goal-oriented relationship building

  • Highly motivated, Independent, flexible and adaptable executive
