  • Having at least 2 years of related experience with technical aptitude  
  • Practical experience in resolving simple and complex website problems
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English
  • Good experience in office products such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, & OneNote


  • Understands and resolves common technical issues within adequate service levels
  • Report or resolve the problem accordingly based on the priority and complexity
  • Contact with cross-functional groups, mainly at the individual contributor level, to provide issues resolution updates
  • Before transferring incident information to other internal teams, ensures that it is accurate.
  • Make use of external and internal resources, including teammates, to study technology and  extend knowledge
  • Monitors and reacts to output from tools and monitoring systems
  • Provides regularly the documentation and knowledge of departments
  • Practical understand and leverages technical and incident communication structure; may be requested to take part in cross-functional groups
  • Join in main cause analysis of technical problems
  • Depending on the complexity, can work on multiple issues or projects at the same time.
  • Take part in the process and technology developments to the IT environments and overall customer experience
  • Give advice to less experienced staff
