Location: FT100 USA Corporation

  • Installs and supports both hardware and software components for user group 
  • Performs preventive maintenance, test and repair of equipment 
  • Evaluates system configuration and software to ensure effective use of hardware resources 
  • Addresses and resolves hardware, software and customer issues 
  • Engages users to determine their potential future business requirements 
  • Provides positive customer experience with each customer interaction

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for installation and maintenance of moderately complex hardware/software systems and supporting smaller user groups 
  • Provides ongoing support of the standard hardware/software needs of the company 
  • Provides basic one-on-one training to user community 
  • Responsible for a single application or part of an application 
  • Operates, monitors and performs moderately complex troubleshooting of equipment, networks, and data processing/batching; assists with logging and documentation of equipment and processes 
  • Responsibilities usually include cabling, racking and server installations 
  • Operates without significant supervision resolving routine IT tasks with no direction
