Critical to have experience with Exchange 2013, Exchange 2019, Exchange Online, Active Directory, O365 components, including Teams, Lync Server 2013, Skype for Business Server 2015

***Providing L2 Support for Exchange and Skype*** 



  • To investigate technologies, develop awareness, and fix accidents, apply advanced ideas, theories and concepts
  • Provides cross-functional and intra-departmental technological experience in efforts
  • Acts and guides the activities of more junior workers during high-impact outages as a point of escalation in dynamic, sensitive instances and
  • Uses resources to check and validate the portrayal and proper setting of relevant thresholds and infrastructure/application details
  • Investigate significant service interruptions and resolutions for service interruptions to ensure potential infrastructure and data reliability
  • Using skills and abilities to proactively invest in root cause research and preventive programs
  • Fixes the most difficult complex technological issues to guarantee optimum levels of service;
  • Acting concurrently with several events and/or projects;
  • It may serve as an informal leader in the technological and organizational facets of two or three IT disciplines as an invaluable resource.
  • Work to simplify operations and engineering for the future
  • As a subject matter specialist in technologies and technical processes, it checks and approves documents, diagrams, specifications and instruments and adds to organizational information bases and departmental documentation.
